Corporate Governance Policy
Garanti BBVA’s Board of Directors acknowledges the importance of having a corporate governance system which regulates and organises the relationship between the Bank, its management and the entities of the Garanti BBVA Group, and BBVA.
This Policy sets out the general principles, objectives and main characteristics of Garanti BBVA Group's corporate governance and its internal organisation, including the relationship model between Garanti BBVA and the subsidiaries comprising the Garanti BBVA Group as well as BBVA.
