Announcement Regarding the Selection of Independent Auditing Firm
Due to expiration of external audit agreement signed with DRT Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik A.Ş. (Deloitte Touche), which was selected by the Board of Directors for conducting consistent external audit activities related to 2010-2011-2012 accounting periods and approved at Ordinary General Assembly Meeting held on 01.04.2010, it is resolved by our Bank’s Board of Directors that in accordance with the proposal of the Audit Committee, DRT Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik A.Ş., be selected for signing an external audit agreement for 2013-2014-2015 accounting periods and such selection be submitted for shareholders’ approval in the forthcoming General Assembly Meeting.
