Announcement regarding Corporate Governance Committee
In accordance with the Regulation on Bank’s Corporate Governance Principles published by the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency and Communiqué Serial: IV, No. 56 on Determination and Application of the Corporate Governance Principles published by the Capital Markets Board of Turkey, it is resolved by our Bank’s Board of Directors that a "Corporate Governance Committee", which is comprised of two members, be established and M. Cüneyt SEZGİN and Manuel Pedro GALATAS SANCHEZ-HARGUINDEY be appointed as the members of such Committee, in order to monitor the Bank’s compliance with the corporate governance principles, perform improvement studies, determine independent board member nominees and offer any possible suggestions to the Board of Directors, and such Committee to take decisions unanimously.
