Announcement regarding distribution results for qualified investors
It has been announced that our Bank has commenced operations for the issuance of bank bond in the nominal value of TL 150,000,000 with a maturity of 116 days and bank bond in the nominal value of TL 200,000,000 with a maturity of 175 days to qualified investors.
In this context; the issuance of the bank bond in the nominal value of TL 385.700.000 with a maturity of 116 days and bank bond in the nominal value of TL 102,000,000 with a maturity of 175 days to be sold qualified investors has been realized as of today (16.05.2016).
In contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
