Announcement regarding distribution results of bond issuance
It has been announced that our Bank has commenced operations for the issuance of bank bond in the nominal value of TL 100,000,000 with a maturity of 147 days and discounted bond in the nominal value of TL 300,000,000 with a maturity of 371 days to qualified investors. In this context; the issuance of the bank bond in the nominal value of TL 300,000,000 with a maturity of 147 days and discounted bond in the nominal value of TL 419,808,574 with a maturity of 371 days to be sold qualified investors has been realized as of today (13.06.2016).
In contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
