Announcement regarding the appointment of Chairman and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors
Reference: Our announcement numbered 104 and dated September 13, 2012, announcement numbered 107 and dated September 14, 2012 and announcement numbered 109 and dated September 20, 2012.
With our announcements referenced above, it was announced that Board members were reappointed as real person Board Members in order to fill the remaining term of office, in accordance with Article 359 of the new Turkish Commercial Code No.6102 and Article 25 of the Law on Effectiveness and Application of the Turkish Commercial Code No. 6103. In this regard, at our Board of Directors’ meeting dated October 11, 2012, it was resolved that in division of tasks between Board Members, Mr. Ferit Faik Şahenk was elected as the Chairman and Mr. Süleyman Sözen was elected as the Vice Chairman
