Pursuant to the Serial VIII Nr. 54, the information we received dated September 25, 2010 is presented hereto:
"As it is stated in the previous announcement made by T. Garanti Bankası A.Ş., GE Arastirma ve Musavirlik Limited Şirketi continues to evaluate its strategic options regarding its 20.85% stake in T. Garanti Bankası A.Ş. We are not aware of any further development that is required to be disclosed to the public."
As T. Garanti Bankası A.Ş., we are also not aware of any development that is required to be disclosed to the public regarding the GE Araştırma ve Müşavirlik Limited Şirketi’s sale of T. Garanti Bankası A.Ş. shares.
